This one-on-one coaching experience is all about helping you build a better relationship with food — one that feels good, not restrictive. It’s not about another plan or set of rules. It’s about learning to trust yourself, listen to your body, and find peace with food (finally).

You’ll get biweekly video coaching sessions that are all about you — your needs, your goals, your pace. On the weeks in between, we’ll still be checking in regularly, so you stay supported and motivated. You’ll also have access to private messaging with your coach whenever something comes up — because real life doesn’t wait for your next session.

And here’s what makes this program extra special: you’ll also get support from a licensed therapist who specializes in body image and emotional eating. Together, we’ll work on quieting that critical inner voice, healing how you see yourself, and embracing your body — not someday, but now. We will also work on finding ways to deal with stress and uncomfortable emotions without turning to food for comfort.

Hi, I’m Nicole Swartz — Licensed Therapist, Coach, and Anti-Diet Advocate.

With over a decade of experience as a licensed therapist, I specialize in helping women heal their relationship with food and their bodies, with an emphasis on disordered eating, body image, and recovery from the toxic messaging of diet culture.

But my passion for this work isn’t just professional — it’s deeply personal.

I’ve walked the hard road of recovering from an eating disorder and overcoming body dysmorphia. I know firsthand how consuming and isolating it can be, and I also know the freedom and peace that comes from healing. That lived experience, paired with years of clinical work, inspired me to create the Anti-Diet Mom Method Coaching Program — a space for women who are ready to break the cycle and reclaim joy in food, their bodies, and their lives.

What drives me most is helping women not only heal themselves but also model a healthier, more compassionate way of living for their kids. I believe every woman deserves to feel at home in her body and empowered to pass on a legacy of self-love instead of shame.
